If you’ve temporarily misplaced your card, an immediate solution would be for you to use CardValet® to suspend your card’s activity until recovered.
For stolen cards, we highly recommend that you suspend your card upon noticing that it is missing. Following suspension, please call one of the numbers listed below to close your card.
During business hours
To report a lost or stolen card during regular business hours, it’s as simple as calling (423) 949-2146 and asking to speak to a Customer Service Representative.
After business hours
Even if we’re closed you’re not left unprotected. You can call the number below corresponding to your type of card to protect yourself against fraud.
